I have received wrong item. What happens to the return costs now?

If a wrong item has been delivered, you can contact our customer service. A return label will be sent to you, so that you do not have to pay for the return costs.

Can i order from abroad?

Yes, that is possible! We deliver worldwide. We accept credit cards from all countries.


How do i place the order?

  1. Search www.my-brand.com for the article of your wish.
  2. If necessary, select your size and/or desired color.
  3. Click the Yellow Add to Cart button.
  4. In the new screen, click Order . You are now going to your shopping cart.
  5. Do you have a voucher? Enter this at the bottom of your shopping cart at Enter Voucher Code .
  6. Click Order to start your order.
  7. Do you have an account? Then log in.
  8. Choose a delivery method and enter your delivery address if necessary.
  9. Choose a payment method and easily complete the payment.
  10. Your order has been placed! We will send you a confirmation by e-mail and immediately get started with your package.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, that is possible! When placing your order you can enter a new delivery address.


Can I sent my order as a gift?

Yes, that is possible. We are happy to pack your order for you. At the bottom of your shopping cart you can select the button PACKAGE. This costs €1.50 per packed item. If you choose our packing service, we will send your order without an invoice. In this case you can enter an invoice and delivery address.


Can I see the status of my order somewhere?

Yes, when your order leaves our sorting center you will immediately receive a Track&Trace code by email. This allows you to track your package.


Can I cancel my order?

No, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order. In order to be able to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately start working on it in our warehouse! Did you place your order less than 15 minutes ago? Please feel free to contact our Customer Service . We would like to see if we can still cancel your order.

Can i change my order?

Can I change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately get to work. Unfortunately, we can no longer make changes. My package has been delivered, but i haven’t received anything. Where has my package been delivered?

Have you already received Track&Trace data from us by e-mail? This allows you to see where your package is currently located. It is possible that the package has been delivered to the neighbors. Do you have questions about this? Please feel free to contact our Customer Service . Then we will help you immediately.


When will I receive confirmation for my order?

We will send you a confirmation of your order within half an hour. Don't have these yet? Could it be that our confirmation ended up in your Junk E-mail or Spam folder? Can't find him? Please feel free to contact our Customer Service . Then we will help you immediately.


I have not received an invoice/return form. Can you send these?

Oops, we forgot to enclose the invoice and the return form. Do you want to return your package? Please contact our customer service. They will send you the correct forms as soon as possible. You can fill out this return form and put it in the box. You can note the following return address on the package.

I received my order damaged/dirty. How do we solve this?

That shouldn't happen! We are happy to discuss the options with you. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service . Then we come to a good solution together.


There is (a part of) an item missing from my package. Will i still receive this?

Oops, that's not the point. It is possible that one of your packages is still on its way. In our e-mail confirmation and in your Order History you can see whether your order consists of multiple packages. Is there no package on its way anymore? Then we will be happy to solve this for you at our Customer Service . Have the order number of your order to hand.
