Conditions

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products.

  • Damaged and/or worn products are not eligible for a refund.
  • Clothing: All labels must still be attached to the products and the products must be in perfect condition.
  • Shoes: All returns must be sent in the original shoe box.

Please note that we will not refund the return costs unless you have received the wrong product (contact info@my-brand.com for a shipping label).

A refund is generally processed within 14 business days after the return has been received. Please note additional time may be added to your refund time depending on your payment method. Keep your proof of shipping until the refund has been made.

If you wish to return your order, please make sure to place the free product in its original, unopened packaging.

Corona: Can I return a mouth cap? For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return of this product.


Exchange

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product directly. You can order the desired product online and return the product you want to exchange.
