This is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size. Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back (Unit: centimeter). 

How to Measure

1. Bust
Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

2. Body Waist
Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

3. Hip Measurement
Measure at the fullest part of your hips.

What payment methods does My Brand accept?

My Brand likes to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. To pay on My-brand.com you can use:

iDeal

With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

PayPal is a worldwide online payment system used by individuals and online stores. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with you in a few clicks.

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

Bancontact

Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card that is linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

Conditions

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products.

• Damaged and/or worn products are not eligible for a refund.
• Clothing: All labels must still be attached to the products and the products must be in perfect condition.
• Shoes: All returns must be sent in the original shoe box.

Please note that we will not refund the return costs unless you have received the wrong product or if it's damaged (contact info@my-brand.com for a shipping label).

A refund is generally processed within 30 business days after the return has been received. Please note additional time may be added to your refund time depending on your payment method. Keep your proof of shipping until the refund has been made.

If you wish to return your order, please make sure to place the free product in its original, unopened packaging.

Exchange

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product directly. You can order the desired product online and return the product you want to exchange.
