Returns & Exchanges

How can I return my order?

You can return your online purchases to us within 14 days. All ordered items may be tried on at home. The items are to be unused and unworn in their original packages with price tags attached. You don’t have to report your return to us online. Simply fill in the enclosed return form, put it in the box and return it to:

In the Netherlands, you can drop off the package at a PostNL package point near you. In Belgium, you can drop off the package at a UPS Access Point near you.

We offer the ability to exchange ordered items for another size or you can choose to have your purchase amount refunded.

You will receive the return of your purchase price within 10 working days with the same method that you used to pay for your order.

I returned my order. When do I get my money back?

We’ll try our hardest to return the purchase price to you as swiftly as possible. As soon as we’ve received your package, it will take 10 working days at the most. Often, it happens more swiftly than that! The purchase amount will be returned with the same method that you used to pay.

Your money has not been returned after 10 days? Then don’t hesitate to get in contact with our customer service.

Can I return my purchase if bought in a store?

This is not “yet” possible. Items bought in one of our stores can be returned within 14 days to the store they were purchased from.

I bought something at a discount, but it’s the wrong size. Can I still get a discount?

Definitely, you can exchange the article for another size at the discount rate for which you originally bought the article. Fill in the enclosed return form and indicate what size you want to exchange the item for. As soon as we received the package at our warehouse, we will send you the right size as swiftly as possible.

Can I exchange my purchase when bought in a store?

Definitely, you can exchange your purchase within 14 days in the store you bought it at. Bring the purchase receipt. The items are to be unused and unworn in the original package with the price tags attached. They cannot be returned by mail.

Can I still exchange/return my article after the return period?

No, it’s unfortunately not possible to return your article outside of the return period.

Orders & Delivery

What is your delivery time?

When you order on Monday through Friday before 17:00, we will deliver your order the next day. Should you order on Friday after 17:00? Then your package will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest.


Sale items may take longer to deliver.

I received the wrong item. What happens to the return costs?

Should the wrong item be delivered, you can get in contact with our customer service. We will send you a return label, so you will not have to pay any return costs.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you definitely can! We deliver worldwide. We accept credit cards from all countries.

My Brand likes to make it as easy as possible to complete an order with us. To pay on My-brand.com, you can use:

With iDeal, you can pay in the safe environment of your own bank.

PayPal is a worldwide online payment system that is used by private individuals and web shops. Link your bank account or credit card and pay in a few clicks with your account.

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

Bancontact / Mister Cash
Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card linked to credit on a Belgian account.

Pay your order after receiving it with Klarna.
