You can return your online purchases to us within 14 days. All ordered items may be tried on at home. The items must be unused and unworn in their original packaging with attached price tags. You do not need to register your return with us online. Fill in the enclosed return form, put it in the box and send it back to: My Brand Rhoneweg 30 1043 AH Amsterdam. In the Netherlands you can drop off the package at a PostNL parcel point near you. In Belgium you can drop off the package at a UPS Access Point near you. We offer the possibility to exchange ordered items for a different size or you can choose to have your purchase amount refunded. You will receive your purchase amount back within 30 working days via the same method you used to pay for your order.

We will do our utmost to refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible. Once we have received your package, it will take up to 30 business days. Often it goes faster than that! The purchase amount will be refunded via the same method you used to pay. If your money has not been refunded after 30 days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

This is not possible “yet”. Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to the store where they were purchased within 14 days.

Of course, you can exchange the item for another size at the discounted rate for which you originally purchased the item. Fill in the enclosed return form and indicate which size you want to exchange the item for. As soon as we have received the package in our warehouse, we will send you the correct size as soon as possible.

If you order before 17:00 on Monday to Friday, we will deliver your order the next day. If you order after 17:00 on Friday, your package will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest. Delivery may take longer for sale items.

If the wrong item has been delivered, you can contact our customer service. We will send you a return label, so you do not have to pay return costs.
